摘要
阐述了溶剂热合成技术的原理与特点,介绍了几种常用有机溶剂的性能及其在纳米材料制备中的研究应用现状,评述了典型纳米材料如新型沸石分子筛、Ⅲ-V族半导体及一维纳米材料等的溶剂热合成研究进展。并对有机溶剂热合成纳米材料的发展方向进行了展望,认为应进行纳米材料的结构性能和有机溶剂热化学合成技术间的联合研究。
The characteristics and theory of solvothermal techniques are stated, and the properties and application of several common solvents are also discussed, The recent research progress of solvothermal methods are reviewed for the synthesis of nanostructured materials (such as new type zeolite molecular sieve, Ⅲ-Ⅴ semiconductors and semiconductor nanocrystallines). Development trend of solvothermal synthesis of nanostructured materials is proposed, The link research of solvothermal methods and industrial producting techniques is also important to the future application of solvothermal synthesis in nanostructured materials.
