摘要
目的探讨饮食温馨提示卡在腹部术后患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法选择2008年7月-2009年6月在本院普外科行腹部手术术后患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。对照组采用常规口头健康教育方法,观察组在此基础上应用饮食温馨提示卡,比较两组患者对手术后饮食知识的知晓率和满意度。结果观察组对饮食知识的知晓率及满意度均明显高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论饮食温馨提示卡提高了患者及家属对饮食的知晓率及满意度,患者可以及时、合理补充营养,有利于胃肠功能的恢复,可以促进患者早日康复。
Objective To explore the effect of dietary information card on patients＇ health education after abdominal operation. Methods 120 patients after abdominal operation from July 2008 to June 2009 were equally randomized into the control group and the observation group： the format received routine verbal health education and the latter dietary information card. The understanding rate and the degree of satisfaction of the patients in the groups were recorded and compared. Result The understanding rate and the degree of satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Dietary information ca_,xts can elevate the understanding rate and the degree of satisfaction of the patients and family members. It may help patients in timely nutrition supplementation, which is favorable for the recovery of gastrointestinal function and accelerate their recovery.
