上消化道术后患者早期肠内营养的护理 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察上消化道术后患者早期肠内营养的治疗效果及总结护理要点。方法2006年5月~2008年5月给予96例上消化道术后患者实施早期肠内营养,并观察治疗的效果。结果患者术前1d与术后7d体内血清白蛋白、总蛋白指标较术前增高,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;93例切口甲级愈合,3例乙级愈合,无发生化脓感染及切口裂开及肠瘘等相关并发症。结论消化道术后患者早期实施肠内营养,可改善术后患者营养状况,缩短住院时间,降低住院费用,减少术后吻合口瘘等并发症的发生;护理方面应注意加强术前健康教育,术后密切观察肠内营养状况,预防并发症,其是保证早期肠内营养疗效的重要环节。 Objective To investigate the effect and nursing method of early intestinal nutrition in patients who underwent upper gastrointestinal operation. Methods A total of 96 patients who underwent upper gastrointestinal operation form May 2006 to May 2008 were provided early intestinal nutrition. Therapeutic effect was observed in the process of treatment. Results Seralbumin and total protein significantly increased seven days after operation, compared to one day before operation (P 〈 0.05). Grade A healing occurred in 93 incisions and grade B healing occurred in three incisions. No complications such as purulent infection, disruption of incision and intestinal fistula occurred. Conclusions Early intestinal nutrition for patients who underwent upper gastrointestinal operations can improve patients' nutrition, shorten hospital stay, reduce hospitalization fee and reduce complications. Pre-operative health education, post-operative observation of intestinal nutrition and prevention of complications are important to guarantee the effectiveness of early intestinal nutrition.
