高精度信号隔离分配器的设计及自校准的实现 被引量:2

摘要 通过对信号调理技术及模拟量隔离技术的研究,设计了一种可以自动校准的高精度模拟信号隔离分配器。该器件用于采集工业现场电流信号或电压信号,实现1路4mA~20mA电流信号或1~5V电压信号输入、4路4mA~20mA电流信号输出。其电源、输入和输出三端隔离,常温下精度优于0.05%,具有线性度好、温漂系数小、可靠性高等优点。为了克服机械电位器调校效率低、易受环境影响等缺点,同时开发了一个通用校准装置,以实现自动化校准。 This paper developed an high-precision isolated analog signal distributor which can be adjusted automatically for zero and span accuracy based on research of signal processing and analog isolation.This equipment is used as collect industrial current signal or voltage signal,realizing one 4 mA^20 mA current or 1~5 V voltage input,four 4 mA^20 mA current output.The power,input and output is isolated against each other,the accuracy is better than 0.05%,with good linearity,low temperature drift,high reliability.In order to dealing with the problem of mechanical potentiometer such as low adjustment efficiency and high environment sensibility,a general adjustment equipment is developed for automatically adjusting the isolated analog signal distributor.
