CD95酪氨酸磷酸化与细胞凋亡的分子关系 被引量:2

摘要 CD95即Fas,是TNF受体超家族成员之一。CD95(Fas)与其配体CD95L(FasL)结合后,CD95(Fas)通过其Fas相关的死亡结构域蛋白(FADD)中的死亡效应子结构域(DED)可介导caspase-8寡聚化,自身被活化并激活下游效应半胱天冬酶(caspases),介导细胞凋亡。磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶(PI3K)途径是参与细胞增殖调控和细胞生长的重要信号通路之一。最近的研究表明,在恶性胶质瘤细胞中,CD95刺激能引起PI3K导致AKT明显的磷酸化。同时一序列的新的数据显示Src家族激酶(SFKs)、PI3K和caspase-8之间存在联系。现就CD95(Fas)磷酸化后参与细胞凋亡与caspase-8、PI3K/AKT信号通路之间存在分子关系作-综述。
