摘要
针对湖南石门某胶磷矿P2O5品位低,仅15.11%,MgO质量分数高,为8.82%,且嵌布粒度细的特点,采用正-反浮工艺,通过磨矿细度、正浮单因素、反浮单因素、正-反浮开路和正-反浮闭路试验,获得磷精矿产率33.45%,品位30.74%,回收率63.48%,MgO质量分数1.05%的良好指标,达到酸法加工磷肥用二类标准。
A new direct-reverse flotation process was used to beneficiate the collophanite in Hunan Province,according to its low P2O5 grade only 15.11%,high MgO grade reaching 8.82% as well as fine particle size.Through tests of grinding,direct floation single factor,reverse flotation single factor,open test of direct-reverse flotation and close test of directreverse flotation,its final concentrate yield is 33.45%,P2O5 grade is 30.74%,P2O5 recovery is 63.48%,MgO grade is 1.05%,which reaches the second standard of acid processing of phosphate fertilizer.
