摘要
针对四川某难选硅钙质胶磷矿,在磨矿细度-200目占79%的条件下,配以新型正浮选捕收剂EM-C2和反浮选捕收剂EM-D10,采用正反浮选工艺,最终获得产率63.60%,P_2O_5品位31.30%,回收率88.21%,MgO质量分数仅为0.62%的磷精矿,实现了磷矿物与脉石矿物的有效分离。
According to the ore properties of a refractory sili- ceous and calcareous collophanite in Sichuan, under the condition of the grinding fineness of --200 mesh 79%, with a new p6sitive flotation collector EM-C2 and reverse flotation collector EM-D10, phosphate concentrate with P2O5 grade of 31.30%, recovery rate 88.21% and MgO grade 0.62% can be obtained with the direct- reverse flotation process, realizing the effective separation of phosphate minerals and gangue minerals.
