摘要
本文论述了美国建筑教育“重在过程”的若干特点。从提高学生的整体素质和综合能力出发,为促进建筑学教育目标的全面实现,美国一些大学建筑院系在建筑及其设计教学中,十分重视学生的过程认知、过程训练和过程表现。这对中国建筑教育的现实和未来,也将是一种有益的启示。
The paper discuses American architectural education characterized by the “emphasis on process”. To improve the overall qualities and capabilities of the students and to help fulfil the objectives of architectural education, the architectural departments or schools in some American universities pay special attention to students process cognition, process training and process manifestation in the teaching of architecture and design. This may serve as a beneficial hint to the reality and future of Chinas architectural education.
