摘要
目的建立参麦注射液中5-羟甲基糠醛的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC方法 ,色谱柱为AlltimaC18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水溶液(8∶92),检测波长为284nm,流速为1ml.min-1,柱温30℃。结果 5-羟甲基糠醛在0.0306903~0.6138054μg的进样范围内呈良好的线性关系(R2=0.999992),该方法平均回收率为103.19%,RSD0.7%。结论方法简便、快速、准确、可靠,可用于参麦注射液中5-羟甲基糠醛的含量测定。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of 5-(hydroxymethyl)-2-furfural in Shenmai Injection.Methods HPLC conditions was Alltima C18(4.6 mm× 150 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase was MeOH-H2O(8∶92);the UV detection wavelength was 284nm,the flow rate was 1 ml·min-1,and the column temperature was 30℃.Results The linear range was 0.030 690 30.613 805 4 μg(R2=0.999 992),average recovery was 103.19%,and RSD was 0.7%.Conclusion This HPLC method is simple,rapid,accurate and reliable for the content determination of 5-(hydroxymethyl)-2-furfural in Shenmai Injection.
