摘要
目的:测定甲硝唑葡萄糖注射液中5-HMF的含量,为5-HMF限量检查提供手段。方法:应用双波长分光光度法与吸收度减法技术,在284nm、320nm波长处直接测定。结果:通过双波长分光光度法与吸收度减法技术联用,不经分离消除了甲硝唑的吸收干扰,测得5-HMF的含量。结论:双波长分光光度法与吸收度减法技术联用测定甲硝唑葡萄糖注射液中5-HMF的含量,方法简单,结果准确,为甲硝唑葡萄糖注射液中5-HMF限量检查提供了手段。
Objective:To determine the concentrations of 5-HMF in metronidazole and glucose injection for providing the method of 5-HMF limit examination.Methods:Combined usage of dual-wavelenght spectrophotomerty and absorbance subtraction technique was used,and the detection wavelength are at 284nm and 320nm.Results:The concentrations of 5-HMF in metronidazole and glucose injection was determined,and the interference of metronidazole was eliminated.Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate,so the method of 5-HMF limit examination was provided.
