摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定感通灵颗粒中葛根素含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:Kromasil C(18)(4.6mm×150mm,5μm,大连依利特);流动相:甲醇-水溶液(28∶72);检测波长为250nm;流速为1.0mL/min;进样量10μL。理论板数按葛根素峰计算应不低于3 000。结果:葛根素在10.344-103.44 0μg/mL范围内具有良好的线性关系;葛根素的平均回收率为99.01%,RSD为1.30%。结论:该方法简便,准确可靠,重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination the content of puerarin in Gantongling granules by HPLC. Methods: Kromasil C18 (4.6mm× 150mm, 5μm)was used. The mobile phases were methanol-water solution (28:72). The flow rate was 1.0mL/min. The detection wavelength was 250nm,and the injection volume was 10 μL. The number of theory plates was more than 3 000 determined by the peaks of Puerarin. Results:The content of Puerarin show a good linear relationship in the range of 10. 344 - 103. 440μg/mL. The average recovery was 99.01 % and the RSD was 1.30 % (n= 6). Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate and well-repeated,which can be used for the quality control of the Gantongling Granules.
