玻璃化冷冻对卵裂期胚胎发育潜能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨玻璃化冷冻对卵裂期胚胎发育潜能的影响。方法对40例经徐州市妇幼保健院生殖中心实施玻璃化冷冻卵裂期胚胎(玻璃化冷冻组)和41例程序冷冻卵裂期胚胎(对照组)行复苏移植术作为对照,比较两组的复苏胚胎存活率、种植率、临床妊娠率。结果在玻璃化冷冻组的40例中,共复苏胚胎81个,存活胚胎77个,复苏率95.1%,共移植79个胚胎,种植率为30.4%,临床妊娠率为50%;对照组共41例,解冻135个胚胎,复苏后存活87个胚胎,存活率64.4%,种植率为17.9%,临床妊娠率为26.8%。玻璃化冷冻组的胚胎存活率、种植率、妊娠率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论玻璃化冷冻和程序冷冻均适于人卵裂期胚胎的冷冻,但玻璃化冷冻法更好的保存了胚胎的发育潜能,能够获得更好的冷冻效率。 Objective The aim of this study was to compare two methods of cryopreservation for the cleavage-stage human embryos: slow freezing and vitrification.Methods The embryos at cleavage stages were cryopreserved either with vitrification(40 patients) methods as vitrified group or with slow freezing(41 patients) methods as control group.After warming;the survival rate,the post-warmed embryo clinical pregnancy and implantation rate were evaluated and compared between the two groups.Results The overall survival rate was significantly higher with vitrification of human cleavage stage than with slow freezing(95.1% vs.64.4%).The better implantation and pregnancy rates in the vitrification group(30.4% and 50%,respectively) was compared with those of the slow freezing group(17.9% and 26.8%,respectively)(P0.05).Conclusions These data provide further evidence that vitrification and slow freezing both could be used to cryopreserved embryos,but a better effect could be received when the Day 3 human embryos were vitrified.
