摘要
高校辅导员是大学生思想政治教育工作的具体实践者,职业型、学者型、事业型、专家型是辅导员职业生涯发展的趋势。站在科学发展观的视角下,高校可从生活辅导员、心理健康教育辅导员、职业生涯规划辅导员、《形势与政策》课教学辅导员等方向,推动辅导员职业化发展的内涵建设。
Counselors are specific practitioners of university students in the ideological and political educational work.The type of profession,scholar,enterprising,expert is their career development trend.Under the view of scientific development,university instructors are able to promote their connotation construction in professional development from life tutors,psychological and mental health educational counselors,career planning instructors and teaching counselors of ＂The Situation and Policy＂.
