摘要
推进人才强国战略,教育事业尤其是高等教育事业起着基础性作用。在加快高等教育发展的进程中,高校自身的人才队伍建设工作至关重要。在新时期,加强我校人才队伍建设更是具有现实和长远意义。为此,在科学发展观引领下,结合我校人才队伍建设实际,提出我校人才队伍建设的总体要求和目标任务,从而为创新我校人才队伍建设提供一些有益的尝试和思考。
Education, especially higher education plays a basic role in promoting the stratagem of Strengthening Our Country with Talents. The construction of college talent team is crucial in the course of quickening higher education development. In this new period, it is of realistic and profound significance to strengthen the talent team construction of our college. In this situation, this article, based on scientific developing view and the reality of our talent team construction, proposes the general requirements, goals and tasks of our talent team construction for the purpose of offering some helpful experiments and thoughts for our talent team construction.
