摘要
目的比较蛤蚧不同部位化学成分及药理作用的差异,确定蛤蚧最佳药用部位。方法用日立835-50型氨基酸自动分析仪和原子吸收分光光度计分别测定蛤蚧头体尾三部分化学成分和微量元素;通过大鼠肾虚模型观察其药理作用;通过小鼠毒性试验观察其毒副反应。结果蛤蚧各部位所含化学成分类似,含量上存在一定的差异;毒性试验证明蛤蚧无毒,包括头部在内的各部分均未见明显毒副反应;蛤蚧尾在助阳功效上强于其他部位。结论应该将蛤蚧整体作为药用部位用于临床。
Objective To determine the best applied part by comparing chemical composition and pharmacological acton of different parts on gekko gecko.Methods The chemical compostion and trace element on the head,the body and the tail of gekko gecko were measured by Hitachi 835-50 Amino Acids Automatic Analyser and Atomic Absorption Spectrometer respectively.The pharmacological action was observed through a rat model of renal deficiency,and the toxic and side-effect reaction was observed through the toxic testing of mouse.Results The chemical composition on each part of gekko gecko is similar,but the contents are different to some degree.Toxic testing comfirms that gekko gecko is atoxic,and all the parts including the head were not proved to have obvious toxic and side-effect reaction.In particular,the tail is better than other parts in invigorating Yang.Conclusion It is recommended that all the parts of Gekko gecko be used for medicine in clinical practice.
