摘要
目的:探讨补肾益精汤治疗肾精不足型少弱精子症的治疗作用。方法:将160例符合纳入标准的少弱精子症患者,随机分为2组,观察组80例采用补肾益精汤治疗,对照组80例采用五子衍宗丸常规治疗,2组患者治疗前后分别检测精子密度、活动力、存活率,观察临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为88.75%,对照组为76.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对患者精液参数的提高、对患者临床症状的改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾益精汤对肾精不足型少弱精子症有较好的治疗作用,对改善精液质量作用明显。
Objective：To investigate the effect of treating oligospermia and asthenospermia with deficiency of kidney essence with BuShen YiJingTang.Method：160 patients with oligospermia and asthenospermia metting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups,the observation group of 80 cases were treated with BuShen YiJing decoction,the control group of 80 cases were treated with conventional treatment of WuZi YanZong pills,detected sperm density,motility,viability and clinical efficacy of patients in 2 groups before and after treatment.Result：The observation group were superior than the control group on the improvement of semen parameters of patients and clinical symptoms of patients,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）;the total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 88.75% and 76.25%,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion：BuShen YiJingTang have a better therapeutic effect on oligospermia and asthenospermia with deficiency of kidney essence,and also have obvious effect on improving the quality of semen.
