摘要
随着社会的发展,经济的进步,高校图书馆作为人类社会的信息中心,应充分利用丰富的馆藏和人力资源优势面向社会服务。通过对国内外高校图书馆面向社会服务现状的分析,提出了高校图书馆面向社会开放服务的必要性和实施方略。
With the development of social and economic,as an information center of human society,university libraries should make full use of their book collections and human resources for public service.Through the analysis on the present status of international and domestic university libraries＇ service for the public,puts forward the necessities and implementation measures for university library to serve the public.
