摘要
本文在综合考虑国内大部分高等院校已经铺设了校园网 ,以及各高校图书馆都拥有丰富的信息资源和大量信息用户的客观现实 ,提出了利用校园网提供的硬件设施和国外网络资源 ,同时积极创建具有本校特色的各类特色库、导航库等手段 ,开辟高校图书馆电子信息服务新模式的可行性和具体实施方略。
In the context of widespread implementation of campuswide networks,the rich information resouces available in university libraries,and the increasing user demand,this paper examines the provision of network infrastructure and information resources by university libraries.It suggests a few new approaches of providing characteristic databases,network navigation guides and other electronic information services.
