摘要
以图论理论为基础,提出了行星变速机构的系统图模型的建立和分析方法。通过对系统图模型进行拓扑变换,得到了构件分析图、工况图、转速分析图和转矩分析图模型,并建立了相对应的数学模型。实现了对行星变速机构的结构特性、运动学、动力学和效率的自动化分析。
A systemic graph model and an analysis method were proposed for the planetary speed-shifting mechanism based on the graph theory. The graphs for the structural analysis,for the working condition,for the rotational speed analysis,and for the torque analysis were obtained by the topological transform of the systemic graph model,the corresponding mathematical models were built,and the automatic analyses of the structural features,the kinematics,the dynamics,and the efficiency of the planetary speed-shifting mechanism were realized.
