摘要
为实现行星传动方案结构几何矛盾计算机自动判别,应用图的可平面性理论,建立了传动方案的图模型.采用了D.M.P(Demoucron Malgrange Pertuiset)算法对图模型进行可平面性判定,编制了相应的功能程序,提高了方案结构几何矛盾的正确性和效率.最后,应用图的拓扑变换理论分析了方案的2种连接类型所存在的关系.
To realize automatic discrimination of geometrical contradictions in planetary transmission, a transmission scheme graph model was established based on planarity algorithm theory and connection features of the planetary transmission scheme structure. Using Demoucron Malgrange Pertuiset (D.M.P) algorithm, the planarity of graph model was judged. The relevant functional program was compiled. The correctness and the efficiency of the criterion of geometrical contradictions were both enhanced. Finally, the topological transformation theory was applied to analyze the inherent relationship of two types of connection scheme.
