摘要
应用拓扑图分析和综合周转轮系,建立了3种轮系传动基本结构的拓扑图与4种轮系的基本单元,在分层的基础上定义了轮系拓扑单元结构图。应用拓扑单元图来描述各类周转轮系的拓扑特性、组合规律及其演变方式;提出轮系拓扑缩图的同构判定原则与具体方法,并给出了一实例。在4种轮系基本单元的基础上,建立了复杂轮系组合数量的公式,依据轮系拓扑图中形成回路的特点提出了复杂轮系的组成原理及分类和综合方法。
Topological graph was applied to analyze and synthesize epicyclic gear trains (EGTs) and three topological graphs of basic structure of gear transmission and four fundamental units of EGTs were established firstly. Then the structure of topological units was defined based on stratification. Topological characteristics, combinational regularity and evolutionary mode of different EGTs were described by topological unit graphs. And the principles and specific methods of criterion isomorphic topological diagram were presented with an example. Lastly the formula of combination quantity of complicated EGTs was created based on four basic gear train units. Composition axiom, classification and synthesis methods were also put forward according to the loop features in topological graphs.
