摘要
为解决机械运动方案的设计问题,提出了机械运动方案设计的状态空间方法,以基本变换单元为功能载体,构建了状态特征矢量,并推导获得了状态方程;提取了状态矩阵内非零元素的运动特征值,讨论了对偶矢量及状态空间的相关性质,得到了状态空间中运动变换特征矢量的运算规则,为应用状态空间方法实现方案设计的可计算自动求解提供了理论基础。
To design the mechanical kinematic scheme, a new approach to automated conceptual design was presented by means of a state-space. Firstly, the generalized basic mechanical units with single-degree of freedom were defined from the point of view of motion transformation. The input and output characteristic vectors and the State Matrix (SM) of the basic units were derived. Then a state equation was set up to describe the relationship among the input and output characteristic vectors as well as the SM. The non-zero element in the SM was extracted to describe the motion characteristics of the basic units according to Taylor series expansion. Based on the set of characteristic vectors for all units, the state space was formed and its operations were defined. The research provided the basis for the development of the automated conceptual design procedure.
