摘要
为满足对工件不同型面的磨削加工要求,本文提出了一种新的数控磨床运动功能方案。通过对数控磨床运动功能进行分析,建立数控磨床运动功能的形态学矩阵,获得多种结构方案;然后应用模糊综合评价方法,对所提出的结构方案进行选择,获得最优结构方案。
A new motion function scheme of CNC grinding machine is proposed in this paper in order to satisfy processing requirements for different surface of the work-piece.The paper,firstly,analyzes the motion function of CNC grinding machine,and establishes the morphological matrix of it to get some different structure scheme.Then,the optimal structure scheme is obtained by applying the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.
