摘要
汉中市灾区教育信息化现状的调查对研究陕西省乃至西部地区教育信息化实施情况具有重要价值。本研究采用问卷调查法、访谈法、实地观察法和文献分析法,从基础设施建设、信息技术应用、教育资源建设、教师信息技术能力、教师培训等方面对汉中市地震灾区中学教育信息化现状进行了调查研究,并以调研所获资料为数据,对教育信息化存在问题进行了分析、提出了相应解决策略。
Implementation of Distance Education Project in Rural Areas has significantly promoted the use of ICT in education in western regions in China. Using the research instruments of questionnaires, interviews, field observation and literature review, this study investigates the use of ICT in middle schools in the earthquake hit areas in Hanzhong Prefecture Shaanxi Province concerning infrastructure, use of ICT, educational resources, teachers’ICT abilities, and teacher training. The result shows that there are still a few outstanding issues in the use of ICT in those areas, namely, imbalanced development, outdated teaching ideology and practice, urgent need for improvement of teacher training, teachers’lack of integration skills of ICT into classrooms, lack of, and low level, local ICT resources. Counter measures are also discussed.
