摘要
实践性知识是教师素质的核心,决定和指引着教师在实践中的行动,实践性与个性化是其本质属性,情境性、默会性、整体性、生成性等特征都从属于这两个属性。同时,教师实践性知识承载着显著的道德诉求,并表现出一定的身体化倾向。
Practical knowledge is the core of teachers' quality, which determines and guides teachers' action in practice. Practicality and individualization are the intrinsic attributes of teachers' practical knowledge and other characteristics such as being situational, being tacit, being generative, being integral are derived from the intrinsic attributes. In addition, teachers' practical knowledge carries notable educational ethics and shows certain bodily tendency.
