摘要
建立了企业知识吸收能力的评价指标体系,并提出了基于模糊AHP和TOPSIS的评价方法。借助模糊AHP方法确定评价指标的三角模糊权重,并用重心法对模糊权重进行反模糊化;运用模糊TOPSIS方法构建模糊加权评价矩阵,计算各企业方案与理想解之间的相对贴近度,从而比较出各企业吸收能力强弱。通过实例分析验证了该方法的实用性和有效性。
An index model is developed for evaluating knowledge Absorptive capability of an enterprise.With this model,a knowledge Absorptive capability evaluation approach is proposed.This approach combines fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and TOPSIS.Fuzzy AHP is used to determine triangular fuzzy weights of the indices,while fuzzy TOPSIS is adopted to construct a weighted fuzzy evaluation matrix.In this way,the difference between the knowledge Absorptive capability of an enterprise and the theoretical one can be obtained,which reflects knowledge Absorptive capability for different enterprises.A case study is used to illustrate the applicability and effectiveness of the proposed approach.
