摘要
将建设单位项目管理能力分为设计管理、质量管理、进度管理、投资管理、危机管理、技术协调管理、竣工验收管理7个维度,构建了建设单位项目管理能力的评价指标体系,并运用模糊一致偏好关系评价方法,对建设单位项目管理能力的7个一级指标和21个二级指标进行权重排序评价,在此基础上对评价结果进行详细的分析,为有效提高建设单位项目管理能力提供了理论参考。
The project management capacity is divided into seven dimensions, including project comprehensive strength, project planning capacity, project control capacity, communication capacity and reform and innovation capacity. The paper constructs the evaluation index system of the project management capacity of construction unit, and applies the evaluation method of consistent fuzzy preference relations to rank and evaluate the weights of seven first level indices and twenty one second level indices of project management capacity of construction unit, and it makes a detailed analysis based on the result. This provides a theoretical reference for effectively improving the project management capacity of construction unit.
