摘要
气旋浮高效油水分离技术是江汉机械研究所新开发的新一代用于油田采出液油水分离的技术。将气旋浮技术应用于油水分离,到目前为止仅江汉机械研究所正在研究,同时基于FLUENT的气旋浮流场分析,国内外尚很少见。本文首先对气旋浮高效油水分离器模型的网格划分和定义边界条件进行研究,其次,对气旋浮流场模拟结果进行分析,实践表明:基于计算流体动力学软件的气旋浮流场分析与现场实测结果比较吻合。因此,采用计算流体动力学软件技术研究气旋浮流场规律是可行的。
Cyclone and air-floating oil-water separation technology is a new generation of new Oilfield fluid for oil-water separation technology,which is developed by Jianghan Machinery Research Institute.The cyclone technology for floating oil-water separation,so far only Jianghan Machinery Research Institute are studying the same time,the cyclone FLUENT-based analysis of buoyant flow field at home and abroad are still rare.In this paper,the grid division and definition of boundary conditions is studied,and secondly,floating the cyclone flow field simulation results were analyzed,practice shows that:Based on the CFD flow field analysis of the cyclone floating Comparison of fit and on-site measurement.Therefore,using CFD technology research cyclone buoyant flow rule is feasible.
