摘要
文章分析了传统学生评价体系存在的缺陷,指出了高职院校培养的学生要适应行业企业对人才规格的要求必须构建多元化学生评价体系,提出了构建多元化学生评价体系应从评价主体多元化、评价方式多样化、评价标准透明化、评价内容扩展化等方面着手。
Students assessment,which can describe learning progress and behavioral change for student,is an important part of modern education assessment and an important indicator of teaching effectiveness.The article analyzes the defects of traditional student assessment system and how to adapt to the requirements of industries and enterprises for the students of vocational schools,while noting that to establish a multi-assessment system for vocational senior high students.A multi-assessment system for vocational senior high students should be plural assessment subject,varied assessment method,transparent assessment criteria and extensive assessment in contents.The student assessment system should describe development for students objectively,fairly and comprehensively,promote their potential and personality,and enhance their self-confidence and sustainable development.
