摘要
模因论是基于新达尔文进化论观点解释文化进化规律的新理论。它主要研究模因的复制、扩散及演变。模因和语言、文化的关系密切,通过模因来解释语言现象,对我们从一个新的视阈去揭示语言发展的规律,探究提高英语教学质量的路径,具有启示和指导作用。
Memeties is a new theory in pragmatics based on Neo-Darwin's theory of evolution, which can be used for explaining the rules of cultural evolution. It mainly studies reproduction, proliferation and evolution of meme. Meme has a close relation with language and culture. Explaining language phenomenon through meme serves as a valuable impIication and guide upon our revealing language laws from a new perspective and exploring ways of improving English teaching quality.
