摘要
探究微格教学系统在护理实训教学中的应用,对护理实训基地中微格教学系统的构成、功能、应用原则及作用、教师培训4个方面进行了阐述,以期推动教师教学观念、教学模式和教学方法的转变。运用微格教学系统开展护理实训教学,有利于帮助学生树立"以病人为中心"的医疗服务理念,有利于学生职业素质的训导,培养学生工作的严谨性。
In order to investigate the application of micro-teaching system in nursing training teaching, with a view to promoting the concept of teaching, the teaching models and the innovation of teaching methods, four aspects of the micro-teaching system in nursing training base are described, including： the composition of micro-teaching system, the function of it, the principles of application and the role of teacher training. With the use of Micro-teaching system in nursing practice teaching, the students’ professional quality will be enhanced. They will be educated to establish a ＂patient-centered＂ health care service concept and to be strict with their work in the future.
