摘要
介绍了一种制备高效价噬菌体悬液的方法，并将其产量和效价与传统方法所得结果进行了比较，结果证明该方法所得噬菌体悬液的效价和产量最高。
An simple and effective method to prepare the high titer of bacteriophage suspensions was introduced. By the way, the yield and titer of bacteriophage suspensions obtained by means of the improved or traditional method had been compared. Results showed that the improved method was the best one,not only effective, but also simple and convenient.
