摘要
测定了pH和温度变化以及紫外线照射下苏云金芽孢杆菌噬菌体的存活率.结果表明,这些理化因素对噬菌体都有程度不同的灭活作用.应引以注意的是噬菌体结构愈复杂,愈容易被这些理化因素所破坏,相反结构简单的噬菌体(如具有短尾的噬菌体)则具有较强的耐受性.提出了几种适用于工厂生产的消灭噬菌体的方法.
Survival rate of phages of Bacillus thuringiensis are determined in solutions with different pH,different temperature and under ultraviolet rays .Results show that these physical and chemical factors can deactivate the bacteriophages to different degrees,and that the more complex the structure of phages is,the easier the phages are deactivated under these factors.On the contrast,the simpler the phages are,the more intense resistance to these factors they have.
