摘要
报道了噬菌体PG3对产碱性蛋白酶地衣芽孢杆菌N16(B.LicheniformisN16)反复感染,多次进行自然筛选,获得8株对噬菌体PG3具有稳定抗性的菌株,其产酶水平有的比出发菌株N16高10%左右.同时对噬菌体PG3的生物学特性进行了某些研究.实验表明,噬菌体PG3宿主范围比较广泛,不仅作用于地衣芽孢杆菌的许多株,而且也作用某些其他芽孢杆菌,如巨大芽孢杆菌,苏芸金芽孢杆菌等.此外,在pH3~11范围内有较好的稳定性;经60℃,5min热处理均失活.
Eight strains of Bacillus licheniformis N,, resistant to phage PG3 were obtained through repeated natural selection. The activity of alkaline protease produced by these strains was about 10% higher than the original strain. The characteristics of phage PG3 were also studied. Results indicated that the host range of this phage was relatively wide. Many strains of B. licheniformis and other species of Bacillus such as B. megaterium, B.thuringiensis etc. were also susceptible to phage PG3. The phage was relatively stable in the PH ranging from 3 to 11 and it was killed at 60℃ in 5 min.
