摘要
目的观察白花丹素在体外对4种肿瘤细胞的作用及其在体外对人胚肝细胞L-O2的毒性作用。方法采用MTT法检测不同浓度白花丹素对肿瘤细胞和人胚肝细胞L-O2的毒性,比较其IC50值;采用紫外分光光度法测定白花丹素作用后肝细胞培养上清液中SOD,MDA,LDH值的变化。结果白花丹素在体外具有较强抗肿瘤作用,同时对人胚肝细胞L-O2有一定的毒性作用。结论白花丹素是优良的抗肿瘤药物,对肿瘤细胞有明显毒性作用,同时具有一定肝毒性,使用时应注意监测肝功能。
Objective To detect the antitumor effect of plumbagin and the toxicity of plumbagin on human liver cell L-O2 in vitro.Methods MTT assay was performed to test the toxicity of plumbagin on tumor cell and human liver cell L-O2.The contents of SOD,MDA and LDH in cultural supernate were measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.Results Plumbagin had strong toxicity on tumor cells.Plumbagin inhibited the proliferation of human liver cell L-O2 in a dose-dependent manner.Conclusion Plumbagin is an excellent antitumor drug.Plumbagin has the inhibitory effect on proliferation of liver cells.
