摘要
从个案角度探讨了我国医学院校学生评教的负面反拨效应,并提出减少医学院校学生评教负面反拨效应的对策,给各医学院校的学生评教工作带来反思与启迪,有助于各医学院校用好评教这把双刃剑,趋其利而避其害,实现以评促教的最终目的。
The negative backwash effects of students' evaluation of teaching at medical universities are analyzed from the perspective of a case study, and countermeasures to reduce these negative backwash effects are suggested to provide reflections and inspirations to help medical universities make good use of this double-edg- ed sword to realize the ultimate goal of promoting teaching through evaluation.
