摘要
社区资源主要包括人力资源、物质资源和组织资源等。相对有限的社区资源与日益多样化的社区服务需求之间存在尖锐的矛盾,极大地制约了社区建设和社区发展。为此,必须加强社区资源整合,将社区内外的各种社会资源整合为社区可以掌握、支配和动员的资源。社区资源的整合必须坚持内外结合、以内为主,因地制宜、挖掘特色,互利互惠、普遍受益,共驻共建、广泛参与等原则,还必须采取相应的行动策略。
Community resources include human resources,material resources and organizational resources.there is an acute contradiction between the relatively limited community resources and the increasingly diverse needs of the community service.This situation has greatly restricted the building and development of community.To this end,it is needed to strengthen the community integration of various social resources within and outside the community which can be available,controled and mobilized.The integration of community resources must adhere to appropriate action strategies of the combination of internal and external integration with the interanl playing the most part,adaption to the local conditions,the highligh of characteristics,mutual and common benefit,and the co-effort of the citizens.
