摘要
我国当代城市社区人际关系在关系媒介、关系需求性质、交往手段和场合等方面呈现出鲜明的时代特点,也折射出人际关系功利化、人际信任度低、人际交往缺乏频度与深度等问题。构建城市社区和谐人际关系的策略有:发展居民参与式的社区治理;加强社区公共空间建设;开展多种形式的社区活动等。
Interpersonal relationship of urban community in contemporary China presents distinctive epochal characteristics in terms of the relationship media, the nature of relationship demand, and the method and occasion of communication. It also reflects such problems as utilitarian tendency of interpersonal relationship, low interpersonal trust, a lack of frequency and depth of interpersonal communication. The strategies of construction of relationship of urban community include developing community governance in which residents the construction of community＇s public space, launching various community activities, etc harmonious participate, interpersonal strengthening
