社区资源是社区赖以生存和发展的基础,也是社会建设的重要条件。社区组织应积极开发和利用社区物资资源和人力资源,以促进社区建设的发展。
The survival and development of community will depend on the community resources. Community organization must make great effort to exploit and utilize community resources and promote the development of community construction.
