摘要
目的:探讨儿童成长过程中阶段性口腔护理的方法。方法:以深圳市636例2005年出生的婴儿为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,各318例。实验组婴儿从出生起长期跟踪观察并进行阶段性口腔护理,对照组未加阶段性口腔护理指导,每33个月对两组研究对象进行口腔问题的调查,研究至2009年12月终止,比较两组儿童口腔问题的发生率。结果:实验组资料完整者278例,其中龋齿18例,鹅口疮11例,疱疹性口炎6例,牙齿发育不良7例,前牙反合15例;对照组资料完整者229例,其中龋齿48例,鹅口疮25例,疱疹性口炎29例,牙齿发育不良21例,前牙反合47例,两组之间存在显著性差异(均P<0.01)。结论:儿童成长过程中阶段性口腔护理可以显著降低儿童口腔疾病的发生率,更好地促进儿童牙齿的发育。
Objective：To investigate the periodic oral health care methods during the growing-up of the children. Methods：636 infants born in 2005 in Shenzhen were selected and randomly divided into two groups：experimental and contral groups,with 318 infants in each group. Children in the experimental group received long-term oral healthcare from their birth,while children in the contral group didn’t received any oral healthcare. Investigation of the dental problems were conducted every three months. The research was finished in 2009,and the incidence of dental problems of the two groups was campared. Results：278 cases with complete data were in the experimental group,with 18 cases of dental caries,11 cases of thrush,6 cases of herpetic stomatitis,7 cases of dental dysplasia,and 15 cases of anterior crossbite. 229 cases with complete data were in the control group ,with 48 cases of dental caries,25 cases of thrush,29 cases of herpes stomatitis,21 cases of dental dysplasia,and 47 cases of anterior crossbite.Significant differences existed between the two groups （P0.01）. Conclusion：The incidence of dental problems during the growth of the children could be significantly decreased with periodic oral healthcare.
