摘要
目的:探讨行为诱导在学龄前儿童窝沟封闭术治疗中的作用。方法:对150例学龄前儿童采用行为诱导进行窝沟封闭术治疗,观察其合作程度及封闭剂保留率和1年后龋病发生率。结果:干预组150例合作级别Ⅰ级32.7%,Ⅱ级58.7%,Ⅲ级8.6%;对照组Ⅰ级12%,Ⅱ级0%,Ⅲ级88%;封闭剂保留率干预组:完全保留83.25%,部分脱落13%,完全脱落3.75%;对照组:完全保留60.06%,部分脱落27.02%,完全脱落12.38%;龋病发生率干预组1.25%,对照组5.3%。结论:行为诱导是帮助学龄前儿童完成窝沟封闭术治疗中的有效方法。
Objective: To assess the iveness of behavior inducing therapy on the pit and fissure sealant of preschool children.Methods: 150 preschool children were administered with fissure sealing.We observed their cooperation degree,the rate of the sealant reservation and the incidence of caries after one year. Results: The cooperation degree was 32.7% gradeⅠ,58.7% gradeⅡand 8.6% grade Ⅲ in intervention group,while it was 12% gradeⅠ,0% gradeⅡ,88% grade Ⅲ in control group.The losing rate of sealant,the completely and partly retention rate of sealant were 3.75%, 83.25% and 13% in intervention group, while the completely and partly retention rate of sealant were 12.38%, 60.06% and 27.02% in control group. The incidence of caries was 1.25% in intervention group, while 5.3% in control group. Conclusion : We can come to a conclusion that the therapy of behavior inducing is an effective method for pit and fissure sealant on preschool children.
