摘要
目的了解2005-2009年承德市区食品与公共场所从业人员梅毒的流行病学特征,为以后制定梅毒及其他传染病的防治策略提供科学依据。方法采用免疫学方法对2005年1月至2009年12月承德市市区从业人员进行梅毒螺旋体测定,并对收集的数据进行统计分析。结果 2005-2009年承德市市区食品与公共场所从业人员梅毒螺旋体平均阳性率为0.267%。2005-2009年间梅毒螺旋体阳性率有逐年上升趋势,但各年梅毒螺旋体阳性率之间差异无统计学意义(x2=2.709,P>0.05)。其中食品卫生行业从业人员梅毒螺旋体阳性率为0.201%。公共场所从业人员梅毒螺旋体阳性率为0.378%。公共场所行业从业人员梅毒螺旋体阳性率高于食品卫生行业,经统计学分析,两行业间梅毒螺旋体阳性率差异有显著性(x2=15.174,P<0.05)。结论梅毒螺旋体感染情况呈上升趋势,为保证承德市区的公共卫生安全,应坚持食品卫生和公共场所从业人员一年一次的健康检查及调离工作,同时加强该人群的梅毒防治工作。
Objective Learn the epidemiological characteristics of syphilis on the employees from food and public places in Chengde city during 2005-2009,to provide a scientific basis on formulating prevention and control strategies to syphilis and other infectious diseases in the future. Method The immunological method was used to detect the antibody of Spirochaeta pallida of the employees from food and public places in Chengde city from January 2005 to December 2009,and the data collected was analysis by statistical method. Results During 2005-2009 the average positive rate of antibody of Spirochaeta pallida was 0.267% on the employees from food and public places in Chengde city during 2005-2009. The antibody of Spirochaeta pallida positive rate has an upward trend year by year,but there was no significant difference between the years (x2 =2.709,P 0.05). The antibody of Spirochaeta pallida positive rate of the food hygiene professions was 0.201%. And the public places employees was 0.378%. After statistical analysis,there was statistically significant difference between them(x2 =15.174,P 0.05). Conclusions :The positive rate of antibody of Spirochaeta pallida was tending to increase. In order to ensure public health security of Chengde city,it is necessary to persist the annual health examination once a year and work transfer of this population. At the same time we should strengthen the prevention and control work of antibody of Spirochaeta pallida in population.
