2007-2009年慈溪市餐饮具消毒监测情况分析 被引量:1

Surveillance of Tableware Disinfection in Cixi,2007-2009

摘要 目的了解慈溪市餐饮具消毒情况,分析其影响因素,提出改进措施。方法采用大肠菌群纸片法,按国家规定的检测方法进行检测。结果 2007-2009年慈溪市餐饮具消毒总体合格率为87.15%,各年消毒合格率分别为88.10%、86.34%和86.77%,差异无统计学意义;大中型餐饮单位、企事业单位食堂、学校集体食堂、小型餐饮单位合格率合格率分别为92.94%、89.78%、84.07%和80.84%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=237.65,P<0.01);全年4个季度的餐饮具消毒合格率分别为83.83%、88.73%、83.34%和90.50%。结论慈溪市餐饮具消毒合格率以小型餐饮单位和第3季度较低。 Objective To investigate the current status of tableware disinfection in Cixi,analyze the related factors and suggest the improving measures.Methods The detection ofcoliform group on tableware in restaurants and canteens in Cixi was conducted by using paper disc method recommended by national health authority.ResultsThe overall acceptance rate of tableware disinfection was 87.15%,the rate was 88.10% in 2007,86.34% in 2008 and 86.77% in 2009,and the difference had no significance.The acceptance rate was 92.94% in restaurants,89.78% in enterprise canteens,84.07% in school canteens and 80.84% in small eateries,the difference had significance(χ^2 = 237.65,P 0.01).The acceptance rates in 4 quarters of a year were 83.83%,88.73%,83.34% and 90.50% respectively.Conclusions It is necessary to strengthen the supervision and take measures in order to improve the tableware disinfection in small eateries and in the third quarter in Cixi.
