摘要
首先根据区域经济学的原理对＂国有林区＂进行界定,在此基础上试图提出一套国有林区森林社会效益评价指标标准。这个指标体系包括社会进文明步、人类健康、社会生活3个准则层的12项指标,给出了稳中有降指标的内涵和计算方法,介绍了评价国有林区森林社会效益的具体步骤。认为所给出的方法有助于完善森林效益计算与评价的技术理论。
First,according to the regional economic principles,the paper defined the ＂state-owned forest region＂ and tried to raise a set of evaluation index standards of forests＇ social benefits in state-owned forest region.The index system given the connotation and calculation methods of flat to down indicators for the 12 level indicators including three point of criteria：social progress,human health and social ecology,introduced the concrete steps of forests＇ social benefit evaluation in state-owned forest region.The paper thought that the methods will help to improve technical theory of the evaluation and calculation of forest benefits.
