摘要
为研究森林恢复和发展项目对少数民族发展的影响,对项目在增加就业机会、获取新技能和知识、提高农村合作社综合能力、生态环保观念转变等7个方面进行了调查。结果表明,项目对增加农户收入、推动扶贫攻坚、提高生产水平传播新经营理念、改善生态环境等方面有正面的影响,同时存在直接收益持续时间短、项目地点每年变更、技能培训内容不够系统持续、技术专业人员短缺等问题。
To study the impact of forest restoration and development projects on the development of ethnic minorities,the project was investigated in seven aspects,such as increasing employment opportunities,acquiring new skills and knowledge,improving the comprehensive ability of rural cooperatives,and changing the concept of ecological and environmental protection.The results show that the project has positive effects on increasing farmers’income,promoting poverty alleviation,raising production level,spreading new business ideas and improving ecological environment.At the same time,there are problems such as short duration of direct benefits,annual change of project location,insufficient systematic and continuous content of skills training and shortage of technical professionals.
