多糖具有多种生物功能,是当今医药和食品工业共同关注的热点,它也是一类重要的保健食品功能因素,其结构与功能关系的研究已经成为生命科学的最前沿领域之一。文章概述了多糖的分离纯化,药理作用,结构分析,构效关系,生物矿化和发展前景。
Polysaccharides has many biological functions,it is a heat point in medical industry and food industry,and it is a very important health factor in foods.The research on relationship between its structures and its functions becomes the newest field in life science.The isolation and purification,pharmaceutical action,structures and development have been introduced.
