摘要
为了研制新型电荷法测量粉尘密度的传感器,基于静电测试原理,采用自行建立的试验系统研究了棒状、内环状和外环状3种探头在不同粉尘密度下产生电荷的关系,找出了适合煤矿使用的电荷探头,并考察了该探头在不同风速和粉尘粒径条件下对其产生电荷的影响,结果表明:3种探头均是随着粉尘密度的升高,产生的电荷增大,并呈线性关系;棒状探头比内环状、外环状探头灵敏度高,更适合煤矿粉尘密度测量;同时,通过对棒状探头在不同风速和粉尘粒径条件下测试,得出:风速不同,粉尘密度与其产生电荷的线性关系不同,5~7 m/s范围内,风速越高,线性相关性越好,越有助于粉尘密度的准确测量;粉尘粒径变化对棒状探头测量粉尘密度影响不大.
The aim is to develop a new sensor for measuring the consistence of coal dust via the charge method.Based on the static test theory,the experimental systems are applied to research into the rod-like,inner ring-like,and outer ring-like probe to generate the charge in different consistence of coal dust,and find out the suitable probe for the mine so as to see how different wind velocities and dust particle sizes affect the generated charge for this probe.It is concluded that,for the 3 types of probes,as the consistence of dust increases,more charges are generated,and their relationship is linear;and among the 3 probes,the rod-like probe is the most sensitive and so is more appropriate to measure the consistence of coal dust in the mine.Meanwhile,the experiments have been done to the rod-like probe under different wind velocities and different dust particle sizes.The result shows that,if the wind velocity is different,the linear relationship between the consistence of dust and the generated charge is different;in the scope of 5~7 m/s,the higher wind velocity,the better linear relationship,and the more helpful to accurately measure the consistence of dust;change of particle sizes doesn′t greatly affect the rod-like probe's measuring the consistence of the coal dust.
