Research and application of key technology of comprehensive dust prevention in Shendong Mining Area

摘要 针对神东矿区采掘工作面粉尘浓度分布规律,结合神东矿区生产实际,对目前常用的喷雾降尘、过程捕尘及改变通风方式的通风除尘等关键技术进行了改进,形成了神东矿区综合防尘关键技术体系并应用,大大提高了降尘效果,降尘效率达到95%以上,并提出了粉尘防治系统应进一步在防尘装置上进行提升的理念。 According to the distribution law of dust concentration in the mining work of Shendong mining area,combined with the actual production of Shendong mining area,the current commonly used spray dust suppression technology,process dust capture technology and the key technology of ventilation and dust removal technology for changing ventilation methods have been researched and improved.The key technology system for comprehensive dust control in Shendong mining area has been formed and applied,greatly improving the dust reduction effect,with a dust reduction efficiency of more than 95%,and proposed the concept that the dust control system should be further improved on the dust control device.
