摘要
自激式除尘器是适用于掘进工作面的一种新型、高效的除尘器。该除尘器经过水浴、脱水等过程捕尘,除尘效率高,尤其对呼吸性粉尘有较高效率,而且体积小、重量轻、造价低。本文结合模型试验对其除尘机理进行研究,进而指导设计。
Self-impingement scrubber is a kind of new dust collector with high efficiency used in heading faces. It collects dust by waterbath moisture separation processes. The efficiency of dust capture is high, especially for very fine dust. The features of this kind of dust collector, among others, are light weight, small dimension and low cost. This paper studies the mechanism of dust capture combined with model test in laboratory, which provides a basis for its design.
