摘要
采取有效措施防治煤尘,保证煤矿井下安全生产,运用了直观、智能、易与其他系统集成的机器视觉新技术,搭建了煤矿井下粉尘的远程在线监测系统.该系统包括下位机的图像采集和上位机图像分析两部分.通过下位机系统实现样本采集、图像采集和图像传输的功能,通过上位机系统实现处理和分析图像的功能,总结煤尘颗粒分析的报告.仿真实验模拟系统来验证检测结果的准确率和重复率.依据煤尘变化的检测结果,指导煤矿井下作业环境中的抑尘、防尘、降尘和除尘.研究结果突破了传统定时定点的煤尘检测局限,实现了长期、多点、非接触测量,具有重要的理论意义和应用价值.
In order to take effective measures to control coal dust and warrant safety production in underground coal mine,a remote on-line underground coal mine dust detection system has been developed using a new machine vision technology which is intuitive,intelligent and easy to integrate with other systems.The main system functions include two parts of machine image acquisition and computer image analysis.Slave computer system conducts coal dust sample collection,dust image collection and remote image transmission.Host computer system processes and analyzes images,and generates particle analysis report.A simulation experiment system is used to verify the accuracy and the repetition rate of the detection results.The detected coal dust concentration fluctuation results can be used in dust suppression,dust prevention,dust reduction,and dust removal.The study result provides a breakthrough in terms of the limitation of traditional detection method which is only conducted in a fixed time and a fixed location.This new system can achieve a long-term,multi-point and non-contact measurement.The study has an important theoretical significance and application value.
